Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled corns
  2. 2 tbspcourflour
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 1/2 tspchat masala
  5. 1/2 tsplemon
  6. 1 tspchopped coriander leaves
  7. As requiredoil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take corns in a big bowl.Add cornflour & 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well.

    Heat oil in a karahi & deep fry them.Take them out on a kitchen tissue to absorb excess oil.

    Put them in a bowl & add salt, red chilli powder,chat masala & coriander leaves. Sprinkle lemon juice. Mix them.

    Serve hot.
