Wash the corns. Boiled the water and added the corn,salt.Cook till 2 minute.

Drain the extract water. Sprinkle 1 by 1 marinated ingredients on corns.Mix well and coat corns

Add tomato sauce and mix well. Heat 5 tablespoons of oil and add 3 tablespoons of marinated corn. Close the lid and keep for 5 minute to shallow fry.

Open the lid and stir the corn and shallow fry till golden brown colour. Remove the corn and add the ground nuts. Shallow fry till golden colour.

Take the fried corn,Alu sev and ground nut in a big bowl. Add the chat masala green chutney, meethi chutney, potato sev, tomato pieces and mix well.

Garnish with onion pieces, tomato pieces, coriander leaves and sev. Sprinkle some chilli powder on top.

A very delicious, crunchy. **CRISPY CORN CHAT**. is ready for serve.
