Ingredients

5to6 servings
  1. 1/2 kgbeef qeema
  2. 2medium onion paste
  3. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tbspraw papaya paste
  5. 4 tbspbihari masala
  6. 1full cup oil
  7. Julian ginger for garnish
  8. Coriander leaves for garnish
  9. Coal for dum

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate qeema with above onion paste, ginger garlic paste,papaya paste and bihari masala

  2. 2

    Marinate atleast 1 hour for good result

    Now take a pan put oil in it and add marinated qeema in it

  4. 4

    Mix well and cover with lid on low flame

  5. 5

    After some time check and if water needed than add little amount of it

  6. 6

    Again cover with lid and cook till oil sepeartes

  7. 7

    Than make a coal burn put on foil bowl middle on qeema than put 1 drop of oil in it cover it

  8. 8

    After 2 minutes remove coal and garnish with julian ginger and coriander leaves

  9. 9

    Serve with nan or roti
