Remember our phyllo(filo) sheets?well i keept 5 sheets and preserve them,2 days back i decided to make this crunchy baked goodness that is filled with honeybbq flavoured chicken and that never dissapoint,it goes so well with salad cream and ketchup as a dipping sauce,and the sweet and spicy combo at everybite make you drool over it again and again,the sheets gave me a total of 10 cigars trust me i eat 4😂and gave my siblings 6(almost 10 people)😂😂seriously this tatse so good i must say. #FPPC

Ingredients

  1. 5filo(phyllo) sheets
  2. 2chicken breast shredded
  3. 1big green bell pepper diced
  4. 1large carrot diced
  5. 1small onion diced
  6. 6scotch bonnet blended(attaruhu)
  7. 1 tbspnhoney bbq sauce
  8. 1tspn soy suace
  9. 3 tbspnoil
  10. 4seasoning cubes
  11. 1/4tspn cumin Powder
  12. 1/4tspn Coriander powder
  13. 1/4tspn rosemary
  14. 1tspn ginger powder
  15. 1/4tspn curry powder
  16. 1/8tspn black pepper
  17. 1/2 sachetonga classic
  18. 1egg for egg wash
  19. black seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Here are all you need,in a pan add in oil+onion stir fry 10sec then add minced chicken and stir fry for good 3 mins

    Then add ginger and continue for 2 more mins,then add in carrots

    Blended pepper and mix all,continue for 3 mins on low heat then add spices And seasonings

    Soy sauce and bbq sauce,stir fry that for another 3 more mins on low heat

    Then finally add chopped bell pepper and mix well for 1 more min

    And it is done and good to go

    Now our chicken bbq filling is ready our homemade preserve phyllo sheets are ready check my previous recipe to see how d sheets are made. The sheet are in square size and are long so i divide them into 2 long squares

    Take 1 pcs and brush it with water to moisten it more add 1 tbspn of your filling And roll it as shown

    And here it is after rolling,repeat with the rest

    Brush baking traying with oil spray,arrange them and break 1 egg for egg wash

    Sprinkle black seeds(optional) and bake for 20-25min at 250F

    Till golden brownand crisp and here it is done
