    Peel, wash and chop, the potatoes into wedges. Pat them dry using a cloth once done.

    Add the basil, black pepper and oil and coat all wedges evenly.

  3. 3

    Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. Till evenly cooked. If you want them crunchy, you can cook for longer.
