3 ingredient fake pancakes (made with oats and cottage cheese)

Katatonickat @katatonickat
I don’t like pancakes...I prefer waffles so I compromised one day and made these for my husband who loves pancakes. I have to admit I like to double the recipe because it does not make a lot but it is filling. Amazing what you can find online.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Throw the oats, cottage cheese, eggs, salt and vanilla in blender. Blend till smooth.
- 2
In a frying pan, add some oil and form pancakes. When bubbles have formed and edges look cooked. Flip pancake.
- 3
Add optional ingredients and enjoy!

✨Fluffy✨ Cottage Cheese Pancakes ✨Fluffy✨ Cottage Cheese Pancakes
These are a great protein-packed option to add to your breakfast line-up! I’ve made cottage cheese pancakes in the past, but the visible and chunky curds were not always appealing to my young daughter. So, I whipped together the liquid ingredients in the blender as recommended by some recipes I saw online. The difference is amazing, and yielded a fluffy and delicious pancake that everyone in my family gobbled up!✨ Be sure to use self-rising flour in this recipe! If you don’t have self-rising flour, see the “Notes” section below to make your own.#GlobalApron - Week 15. Cottage Cheese and Eggs#Breakfast #Healthy Chris Gan -
Easy Homemade Pancakes Easy Homemade Pancakes
When I lived overseas, I couldn't buy pancake mix, so I referred to various recipes and made my own. I aimed to make it delicious and easy to follow. If there is remaining oil on the frying pan, the pancakes won't look good, so be sure to completely wipe it off.The yogurt and milk should be 100 ml together, so adjust the amounts as you prefer. When mixing together the egg and sugar, mix it REAL well to make fluffy, cake-like pancakes. Two-Ingredient Sweet Potato Pancakes Two-Ingredient Sweet Potato Pancakes
Regular baked sweet potatoes are rather boring, so I wanted to make something more like a proper snack.Be patient and completely grate the sweet potatoes! After that, you just need to cook it! First, cook over medium heat, but after you flip the pancakes over, switch to low heat and cook them slowly.Flip the pancakes over when their edges start to become transparent. No egg/semi vegan pancakes No egg/semi vegan pancakes
This recipe is inspired by my second grade teacher, we were reading a book on world war 1 and that day I learned that soldiers because they were so hungry and malnourished than they mixed flour and water to cook and eat. Apparently, it was disgusting and a lot of soldiers died from the bacteria that was in the flour. So I tweaked the recipe and came out with a pretty realistic taste to pancakes just without the eggs!
