I didn't have any ready-made pancake mix on hand or bread to serve for breakfast, but these were perfect. My 2 year old gobbled them up!When we don't have any rice or bread, I always make these for breakfast. You can make them with your children!At Step 3, if you pour on about 1 additional teaspoon of batter in the shape of a small circle on top of each of the pancakes while they're cooking on the griddle, they'll look a bit thicker. I do this tiny amount (only 4 pancakes) because my daughter likes to have it for breakfast. And she doesn’t need more than 4 🤗 she likes it with whipped cream but you can add chocolate chips to the batter. A lot of tiny details in the process but it’s worth to get a hang of it.

There are some things gf that are just as good as regular. Pancakes and waffles are excellent when made gf. Use a baking mix flour with xanthan gum in the mix.Had to add a couple of things, sorry if it wasn't clear.
