Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcoconut scrape
  2. 1/2 cuprice paste
  3. 2boiled potato (mashed)
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1 tspcumin powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 chopped green chilli
  8. As neededOil for frying
  9. 1/4 cupchopped coriander leaves
  10. 1 cupchopped onion

    Blend the coconut with cumin seeds,then add rice paste churn it.

    In a plate pour the coconut mixture add one by one mashed potato, salt to taste, chilli, cumin powder, chopped onion, mashed potatoes, coriander leaves mix well, then make fritters.

    Heat oil in a kadai, fry all the fritters till golden brown in colour. Serve hot with tomato sauce or curd. You can serve with tooth pick.
