Ingredients

  1. 2 cupbesan(gram flour)
  2. 2 tbspwheat flour
  3. 1 cupchopped vegetables (onion, tomato, capsicum)
  4. 2 tspCoriander leaves chopped
  5. to tastesalt and red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  7. As neededwater
  8. As neededcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add besan, wheat flour chopped vegetable and spices, mix well.

    Add water and make a smooth soft dough.

  3. 3

    Now heat tava, spread little ghee with spoon now roll chapati and add on tava.

  4. 4

    Now cooked both side like paratha.

  5. 5

    Cooked it until crispy both sides.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with tomato sauce.

  7. 7

    You can take tea also.
