Dahi main salt,lal mirch,dhania powder mix kar dain.

Piyaz ko slice main cut krlain.lahsun chop kar ky oil main add krdain. Medium flame py pink ya light brown krlain.

Piyaz masaly main achi tarha bhun jye aur oil upper ajye tu flame off krdain.oil aik side py krdain aur masaly ko thoora cool hony dain.

Oil ko handi main rehny dain. Masala blender main add krdain. Dahi waly bowl main zara sa water add kar ky jo dahi laga reh gya ho woh bhi mix krky blender main pour krdain & smooth paste blend krlain

Handi ko low flame py rakh ky sabit garam masala add krdain. Jo masaly ka smooth paste bana tha woh oil main add krdain.low flame py bhoon lain.

Aloo peel kr ky cut krlain. Eggs full boil krlain

Aloo handi main add krdain.2-3 min masaly main bhoon lain. Blender main jo masala laga reh gya ho woh 1 cup pani pour kar ky mix krlian aur handi main add krdain.

Medium flame py cook hony dain till aloo soft hojain.

Aloo tender houn tu hisbepasand pani add kar ky shorba bana lain.main ny 1 cup add kya.boil eggs peel krky add krdain.shorba ki consistency adjust hony tak cook krain. Last main garam masala sprinkle kar ky flame close krdain.
