Ingredients

  1. 1full beetroot grated
  2. Halfcup oats grinded
  3. 1 cupsemolina/suzi
  4. 2tspoon rice flour
  5. 1chopped onion
  6. Halftomato chopped
  7. 3-4chopped green chillies
  8. 1/2tspoon chopped ginger
  9. 1tspoon red chilli powder
  10. 1/2tspoon cummin seeds
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. Halfcup seesame seeds
  13. Oil for shallow fry
  14. Halfcup water

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add grinded oats.. Than add grated beetroot... And add all above ingredients with water and form a dough.. And let dough rest for 15minutes

    Now take a small portion from dough and make a tikki shape than coat it with seesame seeds

    Now make all rest of tikki and keep it in refrigerator for 20 minutes... Now in a pan brush up with oil and shallow fry tikki on medium slow flame and serve it with chutney and enjoy😊
