ઘટકો

For 2 person
  1. For pakwan::Mainda flour as per pakwan
  2. Wheat flour. Quantity same as mainda
  3. 3 spoonRavo
  4. 1/5 tblspoon ajwain
  5. 1/5 tblspoon jeeru
  6. 1/5black pepper powder
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 3 tblspoon oil for to make dough
  9. Water as per requirement to make dough
  10. For daal:: 1 bowl Chana dal
  11. leavesChopped Tometo, green mirchi hot, coriander
  12. Onion, green kothmir chatni
  13. Amli chatni,hing, ginger
  14. Garlic chutney

રાંધવાની સૂચનાઓ

    Mix mainda, wheat flour and rava. Add ajwain, black pepper, jeeru,. Sault as per taste,add oil and water to make dough..keep dough 10 minutes..

    Make pakwan very thin..like a papad and fry it in oil. Now your pakwan is ready..

    For daal... Add water in chana daal and keep it 3 hrs as it is. After boil it in cooker. Make 5 whistle.

    After boiling take pane.add 4-5 spoon oil.. add hing, jeeru, curry leaves, red mirchi, chopped tomato,green mirchi, ginger. Fry it 2 minutes. Then add dal and 2 glass water.. add garam masala, haldi powder, Red mirch powder and salt as per taste. Boil it 15-20 minutes on midium flame. Now your daal is ready.

    Take daal in dish and make small pieces of pakwan and add in daal... For delicious taste and garnishing add chopped onion and tomato, coriander leaves, add imali chutney green chutney and garlic chutney
