Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 1 pcsMango
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1Tomato
  4. 1Potato
  5. 1/4 cupCabbage
  6. 1/4 cupPeas
  7. 1/4 cupCarrot
  8. 2Green chilli
  9. 1 teaspoonCoriander Powder
  10. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  11. 1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  12. 1 tablespoonCumin seeds
  13. 250 gmBasmati Rice
  14. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water in a pan and add rice(Already soaked for 1-2 hour).When rice is done,drain the starch in a bowl and keep it aside.
    Rice is done.

    Now add one tablespoon oil in hot pan and add cumin seeds. Add onion and green chilli in it and stir for 2-3 minutes

    Add tomatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes.

    Now add chopped potato,peas, cabbage and carrot in it. Sprinkle salt and stir for 2 minutes.
    Cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes.

    Now add all spices and stir.
    Instead of water,Add rice starch in it and boil for 2-3 minutes.

    In last,Add chopped Mango in it, Stir well,Cover the pan and Cook for 5-7 minutes.
    Your spicy mango curry is ready to eat.
    Garnish with Coriander leaves.
    Serve hot with rice.
