    Parboiled ur rice with food colour for 15-20mnts

    Grate ur pepper, Scotch bonnet, onion and garlic, cut ur carrots and green beans, then cook your liver for

    Add oil and onion in pot fry it for 2mnts, add ur grated pepper, Scotch bonnet, onion and garlic fry it for 2mnts, then follow by living, carrots, green beans,peas, sweet corn, seasoning and curry continue frying them for for 10mnts, add your parboiled rice and little boil water,stir and close to cook for 5mnt. Then serve the 😋

    Pepper chicken

    Wash ur chicken and put in pot add seasoning, garlic, ginger, cloves, curry, thyme and onion, cooked it till the chicken is soft

    Put ur frying pan on cooker add veg oil and onion then fry the ch till golden brown

    In a separate pan put little oil, grated the, Scotch bonnet, onion, garlic, seasoning and curry, fry it for 3mnts then add ur fry chicken and mixed them together
