Vanilla custard with colourful vermicelli and jelly

Ingredients

50 minutes
6 to 8 persons
  1. 1 litermilk
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 3 tbspVanilla custard
  4. 1/4 cupmilk
  5. 50 gmsColored vermicelli
  6. 1/4 cupalmond chopped
  7. 1/4 cuppistachio chopped
  8. 1 packetcream
  9. Red jelly
  10. Green jelly

Cooking Instructions

50 minutes
  1. 1

    I pot add milk and bring it to boil

  2. 2

    Add vermicelli cook for 10 minutes then add sugar mix well and cook until sugar is dissolved

  3. 3

    In vanilla custard powder add milk and mix well

  4. 4

    Gradually add dissolve custard stirr continuously until smooth and cook until desired consistensy

  5. 5

    Let it cool down

  6. 6

    Add cream and mix well

  7. 7

    Cut jelly in desired shape

  8. 8

    In serving glass add red jelly and custard then green jelly then custard and garnish with red jelly, green jelly and almonds and pistachio

  9. 9

    Serve it
