Ingredients

  1. 2small kaddu(gourd)peeled and grated
  2. 2 cupyougart
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1/2 tspblk pepper
  5. 1green chilli finely chopped
  6. 3 tbspoon fresh coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and grate 2 kaddu(gourd)

    Boil in 4 cup of water with 1/3 tsp salt boil until tender.

    Strain water.let grated,boiled gourd cool completely.

  4. 4

    Whisk yougart by adding salt, blk pepper,finely chpped green chilli and fresh coriander.

    Serve with rice.yummy.
