Easy Egg-free Churros Easy Egg-free Churros
My previous churros recipe had 2-3 tablespoons of oil, but it does not cook through easily and they occasionally came out raw, so I increased the amount.I used a plastic icing syringe that was sold at a 100-yen-store to pipe out the dough. It needs some muscles! If you are shaping it with your hands, make it thin so that it cooks through easily. Recipe by Bucchi- cookpad.japan -

They are far better than the fried ones and you can devour them with any spicy chutney or sauce as an appetizer too. Traditionally they are deep fried but the baked ones are equally delicious. I gave my own twist to the original recipe and added few ingredients of my choice. So go ahead and try them by checking for a step by step method with pictures to prepare this yummy snack.
