Cooking Instructions

Keep water in pot at medium heat.when start to boil add tea leaves (I use Tapal family mixture).

Lower the flame to medium & let tea leaves brew for some time in water.cover the lid.be sure flame is low -medium to avoid spilling of tea.

Open lid,add milk(I use olpers) in pot, first 1/2 cup.stir with spoon.let it simmer at low for 2 min.

Check colour of tea,if needed add more milk.if it's gud for you turn off flame.cover the lid.cover pot with cloth give rest for a minute or two to settle down leaves.

Pour tea in cups through strainer.add sugar /sweetner and enjoy.
