Ingredients

  1. Rice 3 cups raw
  2. 600 gramsChicken
  3. 1/3 cupOil
  4. 3thsp salt
  5. 2Medium onion
  6. 3Medium tomatoes
  7. 1 tbspGinger garlic mix paste
  8. 4green chillies finely chopped
  9. 1 tbspwhole garam masala

Cooking Instructions

    Soak rice for 30 minutes

    Heat oil in a pan add onion fry till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add g g paste after 30 secs add green chillies and tomatoes.cover and cook until tomatoes tender.

    Now add chicken bhonify for 5 mins.

    Add half cup water cover and cook for 8 mins or until chicken tender.

    Now add 5 cups of water

    Cover and let it boil

    Add rice and cover again

    Open when water evaporate but little moisture remain.

  10. 10

    Cover by adding cloth to lid on low heat for 10 mins.

    Open after 10 mins serve hot
