Cooking Instructions

Strain the chickpeas water should not be left remove the water perfectly

Take a mixer jar and add the chickpeas, parsley, mint leaves, onion, capsicum and crush it

Make paste(paste dardari rakhvi)

Now take it in a bowl and add chilli ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, coriander and soda

Mix it well and give it rest for 10 to 15 minutes

If the batter looks loose then add the bread crumbs and if the batter is not loose then bread crumbs are not needed

Now give it the shape of tikki and fry it

Now serve it with humus and salad
