Ingredients

  1. 2 cupBasmati Rice soak for 15 minutes
  2. 2 tspButter
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. As required Water
  5. 5Garlic cloves finely chopped
  6. 1Onion finely chopped
  7. 1carrot finely chopped
  8. 3Green chilli finely chopped
  9. 1 cupCabbage chopped
  10. 1Red Bell pepper finely chopped
  11. 1Yellow Bell pepper finely chopped
  12. As per taste Salt
  13. 1 tbspLemon juice
  14. As required Pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take large pan add water boil it add salt and butter, rice mix well and boil for 10 minutes. Drain off the rice and pour cold water to stop cooking process. Now take large Kadai heat it up with oil and fry garlic, onion. Add vegetables carrot, cabbage, bell pepper and salt stir fry on high flame. But don't over cook.

    In high flame add cooked rice. Add paper and salt, lemon juice mix well. And enjoy veg Fried Rice.
