  4. 280 mlwater
  5. 15 gsalt
  6. 30 mloil

  8. Smokies
  9. Green pepper(hoho)
  10. Tomato purée
  11. 150 gmozzarella
  12. 15 mloil
  13. Cheese
  14. Oregano
  15. Preparing the dough

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl,pour in flour,make a well and add the water and salt.Mix and add oil then yeast. Mix to make a smooth dough.

    Make a ball wnd leave to rise for 1hr at a room temperature. Cover with a kitchen towel.

    Roll out the dough to the appropriate size and thickness. Lightly pinch the edges of the dough

    Leave to rest for another 30 minutes

    For the topping👇

    Finely slice green pepper and smokies. Add the oregano and mozzarella

  7. 7

    Preheat the oven to 200°c

  8. 8

    Put the pizza dough on a baking tray covered with a baking paper

  9. 9

    Cover with tomato purée then with mozzarella, oil and cheese.

    Bakr at 200°c for 15 minutes and serve
