Ingredients

2 servings
  • 350-450 gmready pizza dough
  • Tomato puree (with added salt)
  • Spices on tomato puree:
  • Cumin
  • Coriander
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano
  • ---
  • Mozzarella
  • Pepper (cooked) (I used white pepper)
  • 100 gmcubed ham
  • Tomatoes (cubed)
  • leavesFresh basil

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the dough as instructed on its package with tomatoes puree and spices. Let it cook for 10 mins and take outside.

  2. 2

    Add mozzarella, cooked pepper and cube ham. Place back in the oven and bake for 5-8 mins (depending on your dough)

  3. 3

    Add cubed tomatoes and basil while the pizza is still hot. Serve with any spicy sauce that you like.

  4. 4

    Additional: add chilli powder in tomato puree before baking.
