  1. 2potatoes
  2. 1 cupgram flour
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  5. 1 tspcumin powder
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  8. 1 tbspghee
  9. 1 tbspCoriander leaves

    Cut potaoes in round shape..

    Soak in water you til batter ready..

    In a bowl take gram flour..

    Add salt,red chilli flakes, turmeric powder,baking soda, Coriander leaves and ghee..

    Add 1/2 cup water..

    Mix with hand whisk.

    And make a batter..

    Batter should b little thick..

    Now dip each potaoes in batter.

    Deep fry for 10 min..

    First cook in low flame then on high.. turn well one side done..

    Serve with tea and enjoyyy
