Ingredients

  1. 4medium large potatoes
  2. 1capsicum cut in Jillian
  3. 1large onion
  4. 2-3green chillies chopped
  5. 2 TSPCorn flour
  6. For sauce
  7. 2-3 tsp red chilli sauce
  8. 2 tsp sauce
  9. 1 tsp soya sauce
  10. 2 tsphoney
  11. 1 tspcorn flour
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 3 tspwater
  14. as neededCoriander leaves or sesame seeds for garnishing
  15. as neededOil for frying and 2 TSP oil for sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly peel the skin of potatoes, wash and cut in fingers shape.

    Further wash four - five times in clean water.

    Now dry potatoes fingers with cotton clothes.

    And pour in bowl or plate and cover fingers with 2 TSP corn flour.

    Now deep frying in hot oil. Keep a side on absorbing paper.

    Now prepare sauce, heat oil into a pan and saute onions into high flame. Further add capsicum and chopped green chillies.

    And add all sauces one by one, salt,

    Further corn flour into a bowl and add 3 TSP water into corn flour, make a paste.

    This paste add into sauce add.

    After ready this sause, we can add fried fingers potatoes.

    Mix with light hand and add honey also.

    Now garnish with chopped coriander.

    Now honey chilli potato is ready to serve.
