Simple whole wheat bread Simple whole wheat bread
Felt like kneading 😋😛. And found this recipy in my book. It is simple only takes some raising time. But the bread is very good. Lovely crumb. And you have a bio bread for 1 euro.No machines necessary. Just an oven and manpower 😅 Annik B -

Easy Palestinian 🇵🇸 Manakesh Easy Palestinian 🇵🇸 Manakesh
I remember the first time trying them with a cup of Mint Tea over my Palestinian friends house. It was the perfect combo and complemented the rest of the breakfast. I added fetta for the love of cheese. You can easily make it and serve it as your breakfast or Brunch highlight. This has been all gone 😋 Aya -

Nana's Old-fashioned White Bread Nana's Old-fashioned White Bread
When treated gently this bread is light and airy, but always packed full of flavor. Even if you get a "reject loaf" (aka one that falls while baking) it is still delicious.I don't use shortening in any of my own recipes, but if my Nana used shortening in hers I do not deviate for flavor authenticity and nostalgia purposes. I do use a "modernized method" to make mine because having carpal tunnel makes it difficult and painful to stir and work with thick doughs like this. StephieCanCook -
