Ingredients

  1. 500 gmwhole wheat flour
  2. 100 gm semolina (sooji)
  3. 300 gmboora (you can use powdered sugar if dont hv boora handy)
  4. 250 gmghee
  5. 2 tsp cardamom powder
  6. 250 gmmixed dried fruits ( cashews, raisins, walnuts and almonds )
  7. 100 gmgond powdered and roasted in ghee

Cooking Instructions

    First heat the ghee in a wok and fry the nuts. Set aside to cool down.

    Now in same wok roast the aata and sooji in ghee.

    It will eventually turn brown and aromatic... ghee starts to leave the sides.

    Add the gond. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Now turn off the flame and let this mixture cool down a bit.

  6. 6

    Meanwhile pulse the nuts in a grinder or food processor.

  7. 7

    Add the boora, cardomom powder and nuts to aata mixture.

  8. 8

    Roll them into medium sized ladoos when the mixture is still warm.let them sit in air for half an hour then store in an air tight container. Enjoy !!!
