    Wash and ugu leafs and keep aside

    In a pot fry onion with palm oil

    Add chopped red bell pepper and pepper

    Fry

    Add Maggi, cry fish, stock fish

    And cook with little water

    Add the ugu and the fresh fish and cook for 10 minutes.

    It's done... Enjoy with semo or white rice.
