Ingredients

  1. Cassava
  2. Salt
  3. Water
  4. Frying oil
  5. Lemon/lime
  6. Chili

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash your peeled cassava,put in a sufuria add water,salt and boil till soft.

  2. 2

    Drain water if there is any,let them cool as you prep your frying area.

  3. 3

    Heat your frying oil under high heat,once hot Start frying your cassava.

  4. 4

    Serve with lemon slices and some Chilli.

  5. 5

    My trick* cut and add chilli in the middle, squeeze lime juice, sprinkle some salt and enjoy.
