Wash your peeled cassava,put in a sufuria add water,salt and boil till soft.

Drain water if there is any,let them cool as you prep your frying area.

Heat your frying oil under high heat,once hot Start frying your cassava.

Serve with lemon slices and some Chilli.

My trick* cut and add chilli in the middle, squeeze lime juice, sprinkle some salt and enjoy.

In my opinion these are way tastier than potato chips. The cassava cooks up crispier so they taste more like a kettle cooked chip.The ingredient list is basic.
