Ingredients

  1. 2cassava roots, washed, peeled, cut and middle roots removed
  2. 1 ltroil
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. Masala
  5. 1lemon

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the cut cassava in salted water till tender and cooked

  2. 2

    Drain the water

  3. 3

    Put a deep frying pan on heat and add the oil

  4. 4

    Let the oil heat up then add in the cassava in batches

  5. 5

    Turn as they cook,till you achieve a golden color

  6. 6

    Remove from heat, drain and put on plate

  7. 7

    Next cut a piece of cassava at the middle but not through, sprinkle masala and squeeze lemon juice

  8. 8

    Repeat for all pieces

  9. 9

    Ready to be eaten
