Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsboiled beans
  2. 2 clovesgarlic
  3. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  4. Corriander
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. Cooking oil
  7. Salt
  8. 1 pcscarrot
  9. Spring onioni

Cooking Instructions

    Sort your beans and boil till soft

  2. 2

    Fry your onions till translucent, add ginger paste, then tomatoes

  3. 3

    Once the tomatoes dissolves add garam masala, salt then carrots and boiled beans

  4. 4

    Stir until everything mix well

  5. 5

    Add water and simmer it for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Garnish with Coriander and remove heat

  7. 7

    Serve with any starch
