Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsboiled beans
  2. 2 tbscooking oil
  3. Salt
  4. capsicum
  5. Potatoes
  6. clovesGarlic
  7. Spring onion

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry onions till brown, add garlic, then tomatoes

  2. 2

    Add potatoes then boiled beans

  3. 3

    Add little water and simmer for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Serve with rice
