Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupgrated carrot
  2. 1/4 cupfinely chopped capsicum
  3. 1/2 cupgrated cabbage
  4. 1/4 cupfinely chopped beans
  5. 1/4 cupfinely chopped spring onion
  6. 2 tbspcornflour
  7. 2 tbspmaida/All-purpose flour
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  9. 1/2 tspsalt
  10. As neededOil for frying
  11. for sauce
  12. 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  13. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  14. 2green chillies
  15. 1 tspsoya sauce
  16. 1/2 tspchilli sauce
  17. 2 tspcorn flour
  18. 3 tspspring onion
  19. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take all the veggies in a mixing bowl.

    Add all dry ingredients. Gather all the mixture and get a dough like mixture.

    Take a small portion of the mixture and make a round veggi balls.

  4. 4

    Heat oil and deep fry the balls.

  5. 5

    Place the fried balls on kitchen towal.

    Now make the sauce. In another pan add 1/2 tbsp oil. Add ginger garlic and green chilli.

    Stir and saute for a minute. Add all sauces. Stir very well.

    Add cornflour, water mixture. When it gets thicker add veggie balls.

    Coat the balls with sauce. Switch off the flame.

    Serve hot.
