Ingredients

  1. 1kilo gizzards
  2. 2medium size plantain
  3. Spices of your choice
  4. 3 medium size redbell pepper
  5. Pepper to your taste
  6. Onions
  7. Seasoning
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 2tbspn tomato paste
  10. 2tbspn sweet chili sauce
  11. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Boil gizzard with salt, seasoning, spices, pepper and some chopped onions in a medium pot until tender.

    In a pot, add oil and fry gizzards for about 5mins, remove and set aside. Fry plantain and set aside also

    Heat oil in a pan, add onions and spices, stir for about 2mins.

    Add tomatopaste, your onion, tattase,pepper, (grate them😂) and seasoning stir and allow it simmer for 10mins. Add water to prevent it from burning

    Add your fried plantain, gizzards and stir

  6. 6

    Lastly add your chili sauce onions and let it simmer for 2mins
