  2. 1 tbspAdrak Lassan
  3. 1 1/2 tspSalt
  4. 1 tbspChrushed Red chillies
  5. 2 tbspChrushed whole Dhania
  6. 1 tbspChrushed whole zeera
  7. 1/4 cupFresh coriander chopped
  8. 6Green chilies chopped
  9. 2 tbspAnar Dana
  10. 1 largeChopped tomato
  11. 1 largeChopped onion
  12. 2chopped green chillies
  13. 2 tbspMakai aata
  14. 1Scrambled egg
  15. 1Raw egg
  16. 1 tspAdrak chopped
  17. Oil for frying
  18. 1 tspoil
  19. 1 1/2 tbspChapli Kabab Masala(any brand)

    In a bowl add all spices in qeema.

    Add vegetables and both type of eggs and marinate for 1-2 hrs.

    Make kababs, shallow fry and enjoy with chutney.
