Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. Fish (sukumbiya)
  3. Green pepper
  4. Attarugu/Tattasai/Albasa
  5. Garlic
  6. Badia(complete seasoning)
  7. Maggi/Salt/Onga
  8. Bread Crumbs
  9. Flour
  10. Eggs
  11. Parsley (Optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the yam into small sizes,wash it and Boil.

    Wash the sukumbiya fish and suck inside the flour,then fry and put aside

  3. 3

    Chop the green pepper,red pepper and onions

  4. 4

    Break the eggs into a bowl and keep aside

  5. 5

    Pound the boiled yam

  6. 6

    Put on frying pan with a little vegetable oil and pour the green pepper,red pepper and the onions then fry.

    Add the fried fish,add garlic,complete seasoning,maggi,onga and salt into it.

    Mix the stew with the pounded yam and stir well.

    Put on your frying pan with vegetable oil on fire

    Mix the bread crumbs with flour

  11. 11

    Dip the yam balls inside the egg then inside mixed bread crumbs and flour

  12. 12

    Then fry
