Ingredients

  1. 6sliced white bread
  2. As neededOil or ghee for deep frying
  3. 🔸For Rabri:-
  4. 500 mlmilk
  5. 4-5 trandsSaffron
  6. 1 tbspsugar
  7. 2 tbspchopped dry fruits
  8. 🔸For Sugar syrup:-
  9. 1 Cupsugar
  10. 1/2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    🔸For Sugar syrup:- take sugar and water in a pan and let it boil.when it's start boiling reduce the flame to low and let it cook for another 1-2 minutes.switch off the flame and keep it aside.

    🔸For Rabri:- take milk in a vessel and let it boil on high flame.when it's start boiling reduce the flame to low.add chopped dry fruits. Now keep stirring the milk at regular intervals and let it boil until 1/2 of milk. Add sugar and saffron milk and let it cook for it another 2-3 minutes. Keep aside.

    Take Bread sliced and cut all diagonally.

    Heat a pan with oil or ghee and deep fry the bread slices on both sides until golden brown. Take them out and put on a kitchen paper to remove the excess oil.

    Take the bread slices and dip into sugar syrup for 30 second.

    Take out and arrange on a serving plate.

    Pour the prepared Rabri over the bread slices to cover whole slices and garnish with chopped dry fruits.
