Ingredients

  1. Halfchopped bottle gourd
  2. 1 tspbutter
  3. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  4. 1finely chopped tomato
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1chopped green chili(optional)
  7. 1/4 tspred chili(optional)
  8. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  9. leavesCoriander

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, wash chopped bottle gourd

  2. 2

    Heat butter in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds, tomato, cumin powder, chili, salt, mix and fry for about 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Then add bottle gourd mix well and cover with a lid. Cook until 3 whistles and keep aside until pressure will be removed.

  4. 4

    If it is cook, add chopped coriander leaves, and it's ready
