Ingredients

  1. Left over rice
  2. Red pepper
  3. Seasoning
  4. Curry powder
  5. Mix spices
  6. Onions
  7. Oil
  8. Grammasala
  9. Garlic and ginger paste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add 2-3tbsp oil and fry for 1min

  2. 2

    Add ginger and garlic paste and onions, fry for 2 mins,

  3. 3

    Add the mixed spices and greated red pepper,add seasoning And fry for 2 mins

  4. 4

    Add the rice and mix well until it corporate with the mixture, then add gram masala and allow it to simmer on low flame for 5 mins

  5. 5

    Serve hot.
