  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. 1/2.cup.of.sugar
  3. 2 tablespooncurd
  4. 3 tablespoonbutter
  5. 2 pinchsoda powder
  6. Chocolate compound
  7. Silver and gold.balls for decoration

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pour maida in a bowl add sugar powder,soda powder curd and 1 tablespoon butter to it.knead it to make dough and leave it for 1/2 hour

    Now take a small portion of dough and roll.it and cut in circle. shape.

  3. 3

    Now deep fry these donut on low flame untill it's colour.changes to golden brown remove from flame and let it cool for sometime

  4. 4

    Now melt chocolate with butter and dip fried donut in it and spread some balls over chocolate

  5. 5

    Chocolate donut is ready to serve
