  9. Half tsp haldi
  10. 5 long 2 sticks cinnamon 2 bari Elaichi
  11. 1 and half cup oil
  12. 1 tbspzeera
  13. Half tsp pisa garam masala
  14. Dhaniya for garnishing

    Chano ko raat time bhigo ke rakh dein subh ko pani change kar ke pkany se 1 2 ghnta phly baking soda add kar dein

    Ab is mein apni pasand ke mutabiq gravy bnaen almost 2 glass pani ke jaengy or low flame py pani pakny dein

    Frying pani mein remaining oil achi tarah garam karein zeera dal ke roast karein few seconds mein ready hojaey ga or chanon py tarka laga,dein

    Ab is mein dhaniya or pisa garam masala add karein. Or mazedar lahore chikar chanon ko naan ya,rice ke sath serve karein
