Cooking Instructions

Pour washed beans into a pot of boiling water with some chopped onions and cover to cook.

When its almost done(about 70-80% cooked), add washed rice, stir together, add more water if necessary with some salt to taste.

Cover to cook until it's done and dried up.

Blend the peppers, onions and ginger together. Set aside

In a pot, add palm oil, then vegetable oil. Cover to bleach together for few mins

Add onions, thyme, then add blended pepper. Cover to boil for 20 mins.

Add salt, seasonings, chicken stock. Cover to cook until done
