I would like to give the credit to my Masterchef uk sister Nisha Parmar (IG @nishacookingagain) for given permission to share this delicious recipe of hers. Nisha is a Private Chef to many celebrities (including Joe wick) who has been sharing her amazing homemade recipes during lockdown. This is one of many recipes that I tried and fall in love with it!! And I know that our Cookpad community would love it too so she is kindly let me share her recipe!

Being me (as you know me by now) I love an extra kick so I added chilli flakes and sriracha sauce in it too

Ingredients

30 min
2 portions
  1. 1cauliflower, chopped into bite size
  2. 2 tbspvegetable cooking oil
  3. Coated flour
  4. 3 tbspcorn flour
  5. 2 tbspwater
  6. Some salt and pepper
  7. 1 pinchchilli flakes (optional)
  8. Gochujang sauce
  9. 2 tbspguchujang chilli paste
  10. 1 tbspsriracha sauce (optional)
  11. 2 tbsphoney
  12. 3-4 tbspwater
  13. 1 tsplight soy sauce
  14. 1spring onion, finely chopped
  15. Some sesame seeds (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions

    Add some corn flour, water, chilli flakes (optional) and water together and mix them well. Pour the coated flour mixture into cauliflower and mix well.

    Add some vegetable cooking oil on medium heat pan. Pan fry cauliflower until the outside become lovely grill look.

    Pop the cauliflower into the oven for 1-15 min to get the whole part cook properly.

    While waiting for the cauliflower to cook. Make the gochujang sauce buy adding the sauce ingredients together in a pan and mix them together on low heat.

    Once cauliflower cooked add them into your gochujang sauce and mix well.

    Plate them up on the serving plate and sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds. Perfect with rice or noodles
