Ingredients

  1. 200 grams maida
  2. 1/4 cupbeetroot juice
  3. 1/4 cupspinach juice
  4. some hot water
  5. Some cold water
  6. as per taste Salt
  7. 250 gmsgrated paneer
  8. 1/4 cupcabbage
  9. 2chopped onions
  10. 1 tspblack salt
  11. As requiredCornflour

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add cabbage, paneer, and onion, and add salt mix it, and leave it.

    Now take a bowl add 1 cup maida add 1/2 cup cornflour then add salt, half cold water, and half hot water and make a tight dough.

    Next take a bowl add 1 cup maida 1/2 cup cornflour add salt, and add beetroot juice cold and add hot water to make it tight dough.

    Next, take a bowl add 1 cup maida 1/2 cup cornflour, add salt and add spinach juice cold and add hot water to make a tight dough.

    Now squeeze the veggies. Then add black pepper.

    Take the dough and make different color balls. Firstly one green and one white dough. A big white roti and insert green log and roll it cut into pieces and flat down and make sure small puri all-round water and add stuff mixture and shape the momo. The rest of the dough make different shapes of momos.

    Now take a kadahi add water and take a stand and take jali put it into momos and cover it steam for 7-8 mins.

    Now your tasty delicious momos is ready to serve.
