Ingredients

  1. Dough
  2. 2 cupsWheat flour
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. as neededWater
  5. Veggies
  6. 1big onion
  7. 2capsicum
  8. 1/2cabbage
  9. 5-6french beans
  10. 3carrots
  11. 2-3green chillies
  12. 6-7boiled potatoes
  13. Masala
  14. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  15. 2 tspDhania (coriander)powder
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. 1/2 tspGaram Masala

Cooking Instructions

    First for making dough take 2 cups of whole wheat flour, to that add salt and some oil and knead the dough using water

  2. 2

    We'll start preparing veggies for that take kadhai and add some oil.

  3. 3

    To that oil add some chopped green chilles, onion, french beans, capsicum, carrots, cabbage one by one and saute them on a low medium flame.

    Now when all veggies looks cooked add the boiled potatoes and mix them well with veggies.

  5. 5

    Now add red chilli powder, dhania powder, garam masala and salt and mix them well.

  6. 6

    Divide both the veggies mix and dough into 10-11 parts.

  7. 7

    First take a peice of dough roll it under rolling pin put one ball of veggies mix, cover it with dough.

    Again roll the dough and cook it on tawa.

  9. 9

    Yummy mixed vegetable is readyyy.Serve them with lemon juice and butter.
