Ingredients

2,3 persons
  1. 1 cupcarrot cubes
  2. 1 cuppeas(balanch)
  3. 1 cupphool ghoobi blanch
  4. 1 cuppotato cubes
  5. 2green chilli chopped, Coriander
  6. 1onion chopped
  7. 2tomato cubes/ blended
  8. 1 tsp salt to taste
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1 tbspzeera
  12. 1/2 tspCoriander crush
  13. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  14. 1/4 cup oil
  15. 2 tbsp butter/ ghee
  16. 1 piece of ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the vegetables n blanch it.

    Heat the pan add ghee than sauté onions lightly brown.

  3. 3

    Now add 1 piece of ginger n tomato stir it.

  4. 4

    Now add all the spices accept garam masala powder than add vegetables n cook it well.

  5. 5

    After 15 minutes check the vegetables if it cooks then add butter n garam masala powder,transfer into bowl/ plate.

    A yummy vegetables are ready to serve, enjoy it.
