Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 2 cupAll-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. 1 pinchorange colour (you can skip this)
  5. as requiredOil or ghee to fry Jalebi
  6. Sugar Syrup
  7. 2 cupsugar
  8. 1 cupwater
  9. 1/2lemon's juice
  10. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mix All-purpose flour, curd and water. Make dosa like consistency. Add a pinch of orange colour.

    Prepare sugar syrup. As I was preparing Jalebi first time, I've taken oil but you can prepare with ghee too. Use this kind of bottle to make Jalebi. Once Jalebi is prepared, add in sugar syrup. Follow the same for the rest.

    After few failed attempts, I got some Jalebis perfect so basically it needs practice.
