Cooking Instructions

Prepare Fried 🐠 Spice:

In a mixer, add zeera, sabut dhania, raidana, sabut lal mirch.

Add namak, lal mirch powder, haldee powder, garam masala powder.

Also add baisan & chawal ka atta in mixer and grind well to make powder.

In a bowl add vinegar, salt & water, mix well.
- 6
Add fish and rest it for 30 minutes.
- 7
Mix fried fish spice all over the fish and marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat cooking oil, & fry fish on low medium flame from both sides until golden brown.
- 9
Sprinkle Chaat Masala & serve fish 🐠🐟.
