  1. 250 gmpaneer
  2. 2chopped onions
  3. 3chopped tomatoes
  4. 7-8garlic cloves
  5. as requiredSome cashews nuts
  6. 1/2 tspcumin seeds

  8. 1big cardamom
  9. as requiredCinnamon sticks small piece
  10. 2bay leaves
  11. as per tasteSalt
  12. 1 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  13. 1 tspkasuri methi
  14. 1 tspsugar
  15. 1/2 cupfresh cream/malai
  16. 2 tsptomato puree
  17. 1 tspbutter
  18. 1/4 cupmilk
  19. 1 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, heat 1/2 tbsp oil into a kadai. And add whole spices.

    Futher add garlic cloves. And add also chopped onions.

    Now add chopped tomatoes and cashews nuts.

    Cover with lid, cook until tomatoes becomes soft. And keep a side for keep cool down.

    Add milk and make a smooth paste into a grinder.

    Now sieve the paste into strainer.

    Futher, heat oil and butter into same kadai. And add kasuri methi.

    Now add chilli powder also.

    And add ready paste,salt,tomato pure,sugar.

    Also add fresh cream. And simmer for few minutes.

    Futher add slices paneer.

    Finally, sahi paneer garnish with fresh cream and grill heart shape paneer piece and ready to serve with naan,chapati or paratha.
