Let's start with preparation work.

Crack the eggs into the bowl.

Beat 3 eggs thoroughly. You must use a whisker for this, if you don't have a whisk you can use a fork.

Whisk it for 5 minutes until the mixture becomes fluffy, the quantity of egg mixture will become double

Add coriander powder,chilli powder,salt,black pepper, chopped chillies and mix it properly.

Now Heat a pan and add oil/butter to it.

Now add the egg mixture and reduce the flame. Cover and cook on low flame. Covering it will help the omelette fluff up.

Now when you see the egg (Omelette) leaving the sides of the pan slowly flip it.

Insert the spatula deep inside the egg and then slightly lift it and flip.

Tips:- (Most of the times, the omelette breaks because we are in a hurry of flipping half cooked eggs. Have patience and allow it to cook well first and then flip.)

Cover the omelette with a lid and let the other side of Omelette cook on low flame for 1 minutes.

Switch off the stove

Your Omelette is ready to serve

You can garnish your Omelette with veggies or sprinkle Black pepper powder.

Tips for the health conscious people's /Gym Buddies :- If you want to reduce some calories count of Omelette you can skip butter / oil by using nonstick pan 🍳
